Steve understands that customer service is more than doing what's promised, and doing it on time. For Steve, customer service is exemplary performance and striving for the highest standards of ethics, knowledge, and service.

Steve has been helping people plot their financial course since 1972, and joined Security First Benefits in 1992. He is a life member of the Million Dollar Round Table and a 25-year member of the Society of Financial Securities Professionals. He is also a member of the Flint and Michigan chapters of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), and past president of the Flint Estate Planning Council. Steve is a University of Michigan graduate.

Steve enjoys fishing, gardening, golfing, and spending time with family and friends. Steve and his wife, Sandy, have a son and a daughter.
